On June 9, 2026, Daniel will present ​“From Contamination to Accountability: Understanding Recent Settlements with DuPont,” a session examining recent PFAS settlement developments and the evolving legal landscape surrounding contamination claims and corporate accountability.

On June 10, 2026, Daniel and Sabrina will discuss ​“PFAS Legal Updates and What You Need to Know Now” on a panel focused on current legal and regulatory updates impacting PFAS-related litigation, compliance, and risk management.
