Associate Gonzalo E. Mon moderated a session at the Promotion Marketing Association’s 31st Annual Promotion Marketing Law Conference in Chicago, IL on November 5, 2009. The conference provided an explanation of how to comply with promotion laws, regulations and government enforcement policies. The sessions addressed a variety of topics and issues facing professionals from all aspects of promotion and integrated marketing. Mr. Mon moderated a session tiled ​“Mobile Marketing – The Third Screen,” where speakers addressed trends and laws related to this new advertising platform.
