Kelley Drye partner [Michael Lynch](https://www.kelleydrye.com/people/michael-c-lynch) joined speakers from the U.K., France, and the British Virgin Islands to discuss ​“Managing Multi-Jurisdictional Litigation.” The panel, sponsored by the London Solicitors Litigation Association, discussed how to manage complex multi-jurisdictional matters where civil, regulatory, and criminal liability collide, and where related proceedings may be afoot in multiple jurisdictions simultaneously.
