Partners Robert I. Steiner and David I. Zalman spoke at *Connecticut Law Tribune*​’s full day CLE seminar in Stamford on November 10th. Their session was titled ​“Managing a Different Kind of Risk: Departing Employees and Intellectual Property,” and focused on the protections offered to employers by trade secrets and unfair competition laws when an employee goes to work for a competitor. The seminar was for in-house counsel only.
