Partner [Gonzalo Mon](https://www.kelleydrye.com/Our-People/Gonzalo-E-Mon) will address how the Americans with Disabilities Act impacts website accessibility and not just physical facility accessibility. There’s still a lot of uncertainty about what the law requires in this evolving area so Gonzalo will provide tips for avoiding (or dealing with) lawsuits.
