Konkel](/Our-People/Mark-A-Konkel), a Labor & Employment partner, will present a webinar that is part of the US Fashion Industry Association’s Fall Management Refresher. Their presentation will review the various laws dealing with disabilities and leaves of absence that managers need to be aware of, the steps that need to be taken when requests for accommodations are made and the types of scenarios that often end up in litigation.
