# Labor and Employment Partners Present at Lorman Business Services Seminar

Partners Barbara Hoey, Jack Kiley, and Jean Park presented at Lorman Business Services’ ​“Employment Law from A to Z” seminar in Rye Brook, New York. The full day seminar was designed to update human resource professionals, management, and in-house counsel on significant current labor and employment law issues. Reviewed during this seminar were federal discrimination laws and record keeping requirements, tools to avoid liability when hiring and firing employees, issues to be considered when drafting personnel policies, and how to make sense of the relationship between FMLA/ADA/workers’ compensation leaves.
