# Labor and Employment Partner Participates in a Teleconference

Partner Barbara Hoey participated in a teleconference titled ​“IP and Employment Issues of Online Social Networking, Minimizing the Legal Risks of Blogs, Listerservs, and My Space.” The teleconference discussed intellectual property and employment issues that arise with the use of online social networking. Ms. Hoey and her co-presenters addressed the legal implications of participating in and using information from online social networking and how to best avoid liability.
