# Kelley Drye Sponsors MuBANY Gala & Awards

On April 11, 2019, the Muslim Bar Association of New York hosted its Fourth Annual Gala & Awards reception, with **Letitia James**, Attorney General of the State of New York serving as the keynote speaker. Awardees included **Jameel Jaffar**, executive director of the Knight First Amendment Institute at Columbia University, who received the Trailblazer Award and the Court Square Law Project, a program created by the New York City Bar Association and the City University of New York School of Law to provide high-quality civil legal services to moderate-income clients, with the Champions for Justice Award. Kelley Drye was a sponsor of the event with Director of Diversity, [Venetta Amory](mailto:vamory@kelleydrye.com) in attendance.
