# Kelley Drye LGBT Network Formally Launches

June’s Pride Month witnessed the formal launch of the KDW LGBT Network, an affinity group of friends, allies and members of the LGBT community, in furtherance of Kelley Drye’s goal of cultivating an inclusive environment. The group is open to everyone and will build upon the Firm’s commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the recruiting and retention of attorneys and staff and to increasing understanding of and involvement in unique issues facing the LGBT community. Around the firm, kick off events were held including a ​“cocktail toast” in NY, a ​“wine and cheese” in DC and a ​“grab a sweet” dessert offering in NJ. The events were well attended with lots of good cheer.
