On October 18, 2012, partner Mark Austrian led a panel discussion at the EDI Leadership Summit in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The ​“International Privacy Standards” panel discussed the current state of the law and trends with respect to international privacy issues and how these trends and issues are impacting litigation and regulatory compliance.
