Partner **Robert I. Steiner** spoke on a panel at the annual conference on Recent Trends in Arbitration hosted by the Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Center, which welcomed speakers from the United States, India and elsewhere. Mr. Steiner spoke on Interim Orders in International Arbitration Proceedings and their enforceability in U.S. Courts.

The Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre is a non-profit company providing a world-class facility to conduct arbitration proceedings and also to make it a centre of excellence in the matter of institutional arbitration.
