Partner [**Andrew Homer**](/Our-People/Andrew-W-Homer) will be speaking the American Bar Association’s 31st Annual Toxic Tort and Environmental Law Spring Conference with a Focus on PFAS on April 22nd. Andrew will be discussing the various ways that insurance coverage can impact investigations and claims arising from PFAS, as well as current trends in litigation.
