Partner[ Alysa Zeltzer Hutnik](/Our-People/Alysa-Z-Hutnik) will be a member of the ​“In Retrospect: In-Depth Look At Key Consumer Protection Cases” panel at the Spring Meeting of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law. The session will be a review of some of the more significant recent cases from the FTC and the states: the FTC January 2014 settlement with Nissan and their advertiser regarding a deceptive car performance ad; and from the states, the recent cramming settlements. This in-depth look will cover the nature of the claims, issues in negotiations, and key final terms.
