Partner Laurence J. Lasoff moderated a panel and gave a presentation at the Food and Drug Law Institute’s conference titled ​“Import Regulations: Protecting U.S. Consumers in a Global Economy.” The panel addressed the impact of global trade agreements such as the WTO on the ability of the U.S. government to regulate imports and exports of food and drug products.
