# How Long Will the Legal Win Last

Fresh off a loss in the United States Supreme Court in AMG Capital Management v. FTC, the Commission needs to change its enforcement action playbook—at least for now.

In recent months, the FTC has been lobbying Congress to confirm, and even expand its authority under Section 13(b). This legal victory could be short-lived.
