Cannon](/Our-People/Kathleen-W-Cannon) will moderate a panel at the Federal Circuit Bar Association 2015 Bench & Bar Program in Dana Point, CA. The panel, titled ​“How do Recent Agency Actions, Court Decisions, and WTO Decisions Impact Lawyers and Companies Bringing Cases Under Title VII and Section 337 of the Trade Act?” will provide judicial agency and practitioner perspectives on decisions by the WTO, the CAFC and CIT that have generated debate about the future adjudication of trade remedy laws.
