Sixth Annual Emory Law School Bankruptcy Developments Journal Symposium

Special counsel Robert L. Lehane participated in the Sixth Annual Emory Law School Bankruptcy Developments Journal Symposium. The event was held on March 5, 2009, at the Emory University Law School in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Lehane was part of the business bankruptcy panel that discussed ​“Hot Topics in Retail Bankruptcy.”

The symposium was formed with the purpose of providing a forum where bankruptcy specialists can challenge current practices, debate best practices and consider the larger policy implications ever-present in bankruptcy law and its practice. The symposium offered a congenial environment for bankruptcy experts, practitioners, judges and law students to interact both formally and informally.
