Partner [Barbara Hoey](/Our-People/Barbara-E-Hoey) will present ​“Hot Topics in Employment Law: What Has Changed Given the Pandemic and Otherwise?” at NYSBA’s 2021 Health Law Section Annual Meeting. The meeting will focus on Hot Topics in Health Law For New York Practitioners.

There have been multiple changes to New York and federal law in the past year, both due to the pandemic and otherwise. This session will discuss these changes, including claims commonly seen by employees during the pandemic, EEOC and CDC guidance, and how to best ensure compliance.
