59th Spring Meeting of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law

Partner [John E. Villafranco](/Our-People/John-E-Villafranco) was a co-chair of the 59th Spring Meeting of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law, March 30 - April 1, 2011 in Washington, D.C. The conference was a comprehensive review of developments in antitrust and consumer protection law. The meeting addressed antitrust and consumer protection issues, featuring a faculty that included leading antitrust lawyers from the U.S. and non-U.S. enforcement agencies, corporate law departments and law firms, as well as economists and academics.

On March 31, 2011, Mr. Villafranco spoke in a session titled ​“Hot Topics.” The panel discussed the constant changes in antitrust and consumer protection policy, enforcement and litigation. The panel reviewed how the past year has set the stage for the news and trends of today’s industry.
