On February 10, 2015, partner [Mark A. Konkel](/Our-People/Mark-A-Konkel) will speak at a roundtable discussion at the 2015 Hospitality Law Conference. The session, ​“Good Times, Bad Times: The Future of Collective Bargaining in the Hospitality Industry,” will focus on how the tremendous growth in the hospitality industry in recent years has led to lucrative union contracts which hospitality providers will be locked into long past any cyclical contraction. The session will identify key labor risks and strategies for employers when any future contraction demands concessions.
