Partner William R. Golden spoke at the Global IP Convention in New Dehli. The conference was split into three parallel sessions over four days. The discussions addressed issues relating to the interface of intellectual property in every aspect as a global forum to discuss issues and solutions to some of the major challenges in relation to intellectual property the world faces today. Mr. Golden spoke on January 6, 2012 on the topic ​“Gene Patents in the U.S. - Is the Patentability Controversy Over?”.
