Partners [John Villafranco](https://www.kelleydrye.com/Our-People/John-E-Villafranco) and [Donnelly McDowell](https://www.kelleydrye.com/Our-People/Donnelly-L-McDowell) will speak at the Direct Selling Association’s Legal & Regulatory Seminar in Washington, D.C. on Thursday, September 21. Villafranco and McDowell will participate in panel discussions analyzing the impact of FTC’s rulemaking on direct selling businesses and the importance of economic analysis of lawful compensation models.
