Special Counsel [Jennifer McCadney](/Our-People/Jennifer-E-McCadney) presented ​“Forced Labor Imports and Customs Enforcement: A Cocoa Perspective” at the Cocoa Merchants Association of America International Cocoa Conference. The session discussed the landscape of the law and regulations, how importers can prevent the detention and seizure of goods for forced labor violations, and what steps to take in the event goods are detained or seized.
