Partner [David Evans](/Our-People/David-H-Evans) will moderate the panel ​“Eyes on the 1-800 Prize: IP Restrictions and Online Competition” during the 65TH Antitrust Law Spring Meeting.The FTC’s recently commenced enforcement action against 1-800 Contacts, challenging nobid contracts that restrict the ability of competitors from purchasing certain 1-800 Contacts trademarks from online search engines. This presentation will address whether such clauses protect legitimate IP and goodwill, or restrict the ability of consumers to search?
