On December 2, 2013, partner [Eric McClafferty](/Our-People/Eric-McClafferty) spoke at The Center for American and International Law’s Export Control Compliance seminar to discuss the final chapter of Flowserve Corporation’s mandatory export compliance audit experience following its 2011 voluntary self-disclosure (VSD). Along with Flowserve’s Export Compliance Team, Eric outlined the steps they took to launch the post-VSD compliance audit and the additional steps taken to further enhance the company’s export compliance program.
