On September 18, 2015, partner [Robert L. Haig](/Our-People/Robert-L-Haig) moderated the program, ​“Ethics and Privilege Issues Which Confront Inside and Outside Corporate Counsel,” presented by Corporate Counsel, at ABA’s 2015 Business Law Section Annual Meeting. The panelists discussed particular ethical and privilege challenges in today’s legal marketplace and how business lawyers can select and implement strategies to address those issues.
