Senior Associate [Dan Harrison](https://www.kelleydrye.com/people/daniel-j-harrison) will be a panelist at the Perrin Environmental Risk & PFAS Litigation Conference in New York City.

Dan will participate in ​“PFAS Settlements,” a panel examining recent developments in PFAS litigation and settlement activity. The discussion will cover the DuPont and 3M trial landscape, the status of proposed PFAS settlements, and trends in PFAS-related claims activity, including whether anticipated large-scale litigation has materialized.
