On July 30, 2013, special counsel **Wayne J. D’Angelo** spoke at Law Seminars International’s two-day conference entitled ​“Environmental Regulation and Hydraulic Fracturing in California.” The conference covered all aspects of hydraulic fracturing policy and legal issues, including in-depth information about oil and gas exploration and production in California’s Monterey Shale. Mr. D’Angelo’s talk, entitled ​“New Developments in Federal Regulations,” covered the regulatory authority of several U.S. governmental agencies and how they intersect with state regulatory bodies.
