[Barbara Hoey](/Our-People/Barbara-E-Hoey) and [Mark Konkel](/Our-People/Mark-A-Konkel), co-chairs of Kelley Drye’s Labor & Employment practice joined Content & Connectivity Human Resources (C2HR), a professional association that serves human resources professionals in the technology, media and entertainment industry as presenters at the C2HR Virtual CONference on November 11, 2020.

Barbara and Mark shared insight into three categories of employment law in a program entitled ***Employment Law 2020:***

- COVID-19 related laws and actions including sick leave, FFCRA, RTW guidelines, whistleblowers and protests
- Social equality / discrimination law including BLM, sexual orientation and #metoo / sexual harassment
- Wages and employee classification law including changes to overtime laws and state classifications
