Bob spoke on the panel, ​“Distressed Leases & Asset Sales: Strategies, Pitfalls, and Emerging Trends.” The session explored strategies and challenges in distressed lease workouts and asset sales, both in and out of court. Panelists discussed how approaches to distressed leases and asset sales differ depending on asset class, recent trends in bankruptcy, and the rise of lease-only and stand-alone asset sale transactions.
