On May 5, partner **William A. Escobar** spoke at the New York State Bar Association Commercial Litigation Academy, held at the Concierge Conference Center in New York City. He participated on the panel, ​“Disclosure and Discovery, Including E-Discovery.” This two-day program focused on training and skills necessary for handling all aspects of a commercial case and ethical and evidentiary problems encountered by civil trial attorneys.
