# Developments and Trends in Privacy and Information Security Law

New York CLE Seminar Series

Topics of discussion include privacy and data security. Speakers will review recent enforcement cases and provide ideas for ways businesses can collect, store, and share information while adhering to state privacy and information security laws.

In accordance with the requirements of the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board, this non-transitional continuing legal education program is not approved for the newly admitted attorney within the first two years of admission to the Bar.
