Partner [Henry T. Kelly](/Our-People/Henry-T-Kelly) presented at the Energy Workshop for Energy Entrepreneurs on January 21, 2015 at Coalition: Energy in Chicago, IL. The topic that he presented was ​“Developing New Energy Technologies – Why You Should Care About Energy Regulation.”

To take advantage of new energy business opportunities, investors must understand the myriad of regulatory structures and ways that energy policy is developed on a federal, state, and local level. This workshop provided insight to the various agencies that regulate energy businesses, described how energy policies are developed, and explained how new entrepreneurs can stay informed on new energy issues.
