 September 22 – 24, 2008

Partner Eric McClafferty spoke at American Conference Institute’s 4th National Forum on International Technology Transfers on September 22-24, 2008. The conference was the must-attend event for international sales executives, export compliance personnel and their advisers. Mr. McClafferty’s half-day workshop, “Developing In-House Commodity Jurisdiction and Classification Procedures for New Technologies,” provided attendees with the fundamental knowledge needed to overcome the challenges of classifying new technologies. The workshop featured concrete examples and case studies that will help those dealing with exports understand the requirements and criteria to consider when developing and implementing export procedures.
