Partner [Lauri Mazzuchetti](/Our-People/Lauri-A-Mazzuchetti) spoke at TechGC’s DeputyGC Virtual Roundtable titled, ​“Updates on Consumer Privacy Litigation.” An increasing number of states have enacted privacy laws, which has led to more privacy litigation. The roundtable discussion highlighted emerging trends across the docket of privacy litigation cases, and provided updates on key cases involving consumer claims and practical tips.
