On January 9, 2012, partner Christie Grymes Thompson moderated the American Bar Association Section of Antitrust Law ​“December 2011 Consumer Protection Update.” The session summarized the significant developments in consumer protection law that occurred during December 2011. It covered cases, settlements, and other initiatives at the federal and state levels, as well as consumer class actions, Lanham Act litigation, and National Advertising Division case decisions.
