On June 4, 2013, partner **Dana B. Rosenfeld** spoke at the ACI Summit on Advertising Privacy Compliance: Mobile Apps, Smart Phones & the World Wide Web in New York, NY. The summit included topics regarding how to successfully navigate privacy laws while developing highly targeted digital marketing campaigns. Ms. Rosenfeld participated in the session ​“Crafting a Kid-Friendly Marketing Campaign in Light of the FTC’s COPPA Updates.” The session discussed how to develop a safe social space for children to satisfy the FTC’s desire for greater clarity and disclosure. It also explored revisions to the COPPA Rule and key takeaways from recent COPPA enforcement actions, among other related topics.
