[Barbara Hoey](/Our-People/Barbara-E-Hoey) and [Mark Konkel](/Our-People/Mark-A-Konkel) joined James Rizzo, EVP, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) in a presentation to its members. This presentation covered the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA), which created the Family Medical Leave Expansion Act and Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act, and shared practical advice, discussed potential hidden issues such as WARN, and circumstances under which paid sick leave and the expanded family leave are available to employees of all size businesses.
