On September 30, 2011, partner William C. MacLeod and of counsel Jodie Z. Bernstein participated in the First Annual Manne Law & Economics Conference, Lessons Since the Reagan Revolution at the FTC: 30-Year Perspective on Competition and Consumer Policies, at the George Mason University Law & Economics Center. Ms. Bernstein spoke and Mr. MacLeod moderated the panel, ​“Consumer Protection: The Demise and Return (?) of the ​‘Nanny State.’ ”
