# Consumer Protection Fundamentals

Practising Law Institute’s ​“Antitrust Institute 2010: Developments & Hot Topics”

The Practising Law Institute hosted the ​“Antitrust Institute 2010: Developments & Hot Topics,” in New York, NY, on May 11, 2010, where partner John E. Villafranco spoke at a session on Consumer Protection Fundamentals.

The program discussed the Obama administration’s antitrust agenda, and discussed federal court decisions that impact antitrust issues. The critical areas of change within antitrust law was outlined. The program was designed with an emphasis on providing key strategies and practice tips that can be relied on to respond to day-to-day antitrust legal changes. Mr. Villafranco discussed the interplay of antitrust issues and consumer protection concerns.
