On November 18, 2010, partner Gonzalo E. Mon participated in the Promotional Marketing Association’s 32nd Annual Marketing Law Conference in Chicago, IL. Mr. Mom spoke in a session titled ​“Comparative Advertising-Claim Substantiation,” where he discussed how marketers can substantiate claims that are part of new, edgier marketing efforts.
