On May 3, 2012, partner **David E. Frulla** spoke at The Maritime Law Association of the United States Fisheries Committee Spring Meeting in New York, NY. The presentation, entitled ​“Coastal and Marine Spatial Planning: A Perspective from the Commercial Fishing Industry,” gave a comprehensive overview of CMSP initiatives on the federal and regional level, and addressed the concerns of the commercial fishing industry in relation to conflicting federal regulatory processes.
