On December 9th, Kelley Drye is hosting a CRE Finance Council seminar that will be delivered in four sections: The CMBS Process, Build-A-Bond, The CMBS Market and Investors of CMBS. The discussion will also include a review of the flow of funds, transaction timetable and subordinate debt.
