# Trade Remedies – What Businesses Need to Know

Almost 700 trade remedy cases have been filed by U.S. industries since 1986, and new cases are being filed every day. In this session, our trade remedy attorneys will examine the use of trade remedy laws in the U.S., including why these laws are used so frequently and across so many industries; what it takes to bring, and win, a case; and what trade remedy orders mean for domestic producers, exporters and importers.
