# Privacy and Data Security 101

Issues regarding consumer privacy and data security occupy media headlines almost daily. In this session, our privacy and data security attorneys will review the patchwork of laws governing the collection, use, and protection of personal information, the ​“Internet of Things,” Internet-enabled ​“wearables,” online behavioral advertising, mobile privacy, cloud providers, privacy and data security incident response, third party vendor relationships, and/or international privacy issues.
