# Litigating a False Advertising Case Against a Competitor

This session provides first-hand insight into the various litigations and what they mean for other advertisers and for the development of false advertising law. It also provides a tutorial in litigating and trying a complex false-advertising case, including the tactics of motion practice, trial tactics, and the selection and presentation of consumer survey and other expert witnesses.
