# International Trade Compliance Issues Facing Manufacturers

The U.S. government continues to aggressively enforce U.S. laws covering international sales and services, including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), economic sanctions and export controls on U.S.-origin goods. The laws are changing, the rules are increasingly complex, and criminal and civil penalties are on the rise. In this session our trade compliance attorneys will discuss top compliance issues and address the management of regulatory risks related to trade in products, software and technology - particularly when dealing with global supply chains.
