# Environmental and Occupational Safety Audits 101

This session provides an update on state and federal auditing programs and laws that provide a company an opportunity to assess the status of its compliance with applicable environmental or occupational safety requirements. Under these programs and laws, a company can identify compliance issues and address them, while minimizing and often avoiding liability for penalties. This session is tailored to the relevant compliance issues and the applicable auditing programs and laws that are of interest to the audience.
