# Consumer Perception Research in Advertising Disputes

Consumer survey research plays an important role in almost every major false-advertising dispute and sometimes determines the outcome of the case. In this session, our advertising attorneys will review the legal elements of a successful consumer perception survey, the scientific issues that arise in case after case, and the selection and handling of consumer perception research experts from study design through expert reports and trial testimony.
